Sundays in the Sewing Room – Orphan 10″ Squares

Today I created these fabric bins.  I used 2- 10″ fabric squares and 1- 10″ fusible fleece.

Sew RST with batting on the back, leaving a 4″ opening. Turn RSO. Top stitch around.

Fold in half, on folded edge and on the side mark 2″, draw a diagonal line, sew on the diagonal line. Repeat on other side.

Open and refold opposite way and repeat above step.

Turn RSO and press down the edges to create the flaps.

This is a quick and easy project and a great way to use up orphan 10″ squares.

Creatively Yours,

Roxane
