Bokeh Technique with a Twist

I went a little crazy creating these backgrounds. The plus side is now I have lots of birthday cards!!!

Bokeh: ( pronunced BOH- kay or BOH-ke as defined by Merrim-Webster Dictionary ” the blurred quality or effect seen in the out-of-focus portion of a photograph taken with a narrow depth of field”. The origin of the word is Japanese. boke; meaning blur or haziness.

I created this video to share the technique and my twist on the idea. Enjoy
